I ordered Cacao Pods to experiment with making my own chocolate from bean to bar. My daughter Bayla and her friend Vincent helped me start the process by collecting all the cacao pod seeds and putting them in a jar to ferment. Unfortunately, Vincent had to fly home and wasn’t around for the rest of the chocolate making process (which was long and arduous.
